ENROLLMENT:

Enroll with our 50€ annual and not-refundable fee as single student or 70 € for 2 or more students, to save your place at Music Room.
The payment of the registration fee assures you a place in the Music Room, we will contact you to discuss days and times of your September slot.
If you start later than September 2025, the amount in the first invoice is based on the amount of your taken classes, including the registration fee and trial classes.
Individual classes are enrolled for one academic year.
Group classes are enrolled for one semester
In Music Room, as in life, nothing is static, our teachers are generally artists, musicians who sometimes have travel or sometimes other commitments to play, if your class for any of these circumstances, has to be replaced by another teacher or an online class, keep in mind that we will always offer the best quality class you can have. In this way we all contribute to learn to play music in an environment where creativity prevails :)

PAYMENTS:

We will send you an invoice by email for the classes at the beginning of each month. The final amount will have the IVA already included in it.
The monthly payments are for 4 classes, some months we will have 3 classes and others 5 classes, but the payments are always for 4 classes, and the amount of the classes will be regularised to the average amount of 4 classes at the end of the school year, if there are any classes left over.
The invoice must be paid within 7 business days.
If payments has not been done by the 20th of each month a 5% late charge will be added to your next invoice.
Should payments fall two months behind unfortunately classes will be stopped. If the situation is resolved classes can resume however we cannot guarantee you will keep the same day/time slot.
During the year we have two vacation periods in December and Easter, only in these two periods the invoices will be adjusted to the amount of classes that the student has during those months.
In Music Room we respect bank holidays, but in case the teacher and the student are in the city, and both want to do the class, it will be possible.In this case, the student must let us know if they decide to do the class.
If the student has vacations in other periods, he/she will have to reschedule that class.

CLASSES CANCELATION :

You can cancel a class with 24 hours notice up to 4 times during the year.
We will make our best effort to reschedule the missing class during the month, if you can't make it, the last Saturday of the month will be available as the last option.
If for any reason you missed a group class, it wont be rescheduled.
To keep the group spirit, please let us know 24 hours in advance

TERMINATION:

If you want to leave Music Room before the school year ends, you must:
