ENROLLMENT:

Enroll with our 55€ annual and not-refundable fee as single student or 75 € for 2 or more students, to save your place at Music Room.
The payment of the registration fee assures you a place in the Music Room, we will contact you to discuss days and times of your September slot.
If you start later than September 2026, the amount in the first invoice is based on the amount of your taken classes, including the registration fee and trial classes.
Individual classes are enrolled for one academic year.
Group classes are enrolled for one semester
In Music Room, as in life, nothing is static, our teachers are generally artists, musicians who sometimes have travel or sometimes other commitments to play, if your class for any of these circumstances, has to be replaced by another teacher or an online class, keep in mind that we will always offer the best quality class you can have. In this way we all contribute to learn to play music in an environment where creativity prevails :)

PAYMENTS & HOLIDAYS:

We will send you an invoice by email for the classes at the beginning of each month. The final amount will have the IVA already included in it.
Monthly tuition is based on an average of 4 weekly lessons per month. Some months may have 3 lessons and others 5, depending on the Music Room academic calendar. Monthly tuition remains fixed and is calculated based on the annual average of lessons.
The invoice must be paid within 7 business days.
If payments has not been done by the 20th of each month a 5% late charge will be added to your next invoice.
Should payments fall two months behind unfortunately classes will be stopped. If the situation is resolved classes can resume however we cannot guarantee you will keep the same day/time slot.
During the Christmas and Easter holiday periods, monthly tuition will be adjusted according to the number of Music Room lessons scheduled for the student's regular weekly slot during those periods.
In Music Room we respect bank holidays, but in case the teacher and the student are in the city, and both want to do the class, it will be possible.In this case, the student must let us know if they decide to do the class.
If the student has vacations in other periods, he/she will have to reschedule that class.
Music Room follows its own academic calendar. Students' individual school calendars do not determine Music Room's lesson schedule.
School holidays, half terms or study days observed by a student's school do not automatically apply to Music Room classes.
Our regular classes run from September to June, and during this time you’ll receive invoices as usual.
In July, classes are available through special monthly packages, valid only for that month.
In August, we take a summer break and are closed for the entire month.

CLASSES CANCELATION :

You can cancel a class with 24 hours notice up to 4 times during the year.
We will make reasonable efforts to offer a make-up lesson, subject to teacher and timetable availability. Make-up lessons are not guaranteed and must take place within the same academic term.
Make-up lessons are subject to availability and cannot be carried forward to the following academic year.
If a student is away outside Music Room's scheduled holiday periods, the absence will be treated as a student cancellation and will be subject to the make-up policy above.
If for any reason you missed a group class, it wont be rescheduled.
To keep the group spirit, please let us know 24 hours in advance
Any classes that have not been used by the end of the school year cannot be transferred or carried over to the following school year. Students are responsible for using all classes included in their months or scheduled during the corresponding school year. Unused classes will expire at the end of the school year and cannot be refunded, transferred, or accumulated for the following academic year.

TERMINATION:

If you want to leave Music Room before the school year ends, you must:

Individual classes are enrolled for the full academic year. If a student wishes to discontinue lessons before the end of the academic year, 30 days' written notice is required. Tuition remains payable during the notice period.
