Registration

The registration fee is 30 euros

For instrument classes you are committing for 1 period, which contains approx. 19 weeks, 5 monthly payments (we have 2 periods during a year).

Payments​

Instrument classes at Music Room or at Home are payed monthly

The payment should be made in the beginning of the month

Group classes are purchased by packages​

Classes cancellation policy
-
Cancellation of a class must be made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled class. This includes, giving us a call or sending us an e-mail. We will do our best to try to re-schedule . It is possible to reschedule 3 classes/period.

No show or failure to notify the school/teacher within 24 hours is considered a forfeited class.

If you need to leave Music Room during the period you are signed up for, due to relocation or similar reasons, you have a notice period of one month

When your teacher cancels

If our teachers cancel a class due to sickness or traveling we will reschedule your class or provide a substitute teacher.
